Twelve teens wounded in shootout at Georgia birthday party, sheriff says
Twelve teenagers were shot early Sunday when two groups exchanged gunfire at Carolyn Crayton Park in Macon, Georgia, according to Bibb County Sheriff David Davis. A group celebrating an 18th birthday had moved to the park after being asked to leave a rented party venue; a second group arrived, a confrontation broke out, and both sides began firing. Surveillance video showed the gunfire lasting about 30 seconds as people fled. No arrests have been made, but investigators say they have identified several persons of interest.
