If this new letter is real...then good news Nancy Guthrie is most likelly alive in Mexico which is what I have been saying all along.
Medication is way easier to get south of the border.
If she is alive they might have had to get more medication from a Mexican Pharmacy or a pharmacy delivery contact. You can do telehealth calls to get medication as well down there. Not that they would show her on camera but it can be done.
I would have to guess there is a female there to help knowing Nancy is 84 years old. Mexicans mindset is about family so even though this is not a family situation the captors might be treating it like it is. I would check airbnb's transactions in the area. If theses guys are smart they pay everything in cash which is pretty common in mexico.
Going to take a wild guess they are in Puerto Penasco because it is a popular destination for people who live in Arizona. She could be anywhere but I would check there first.
I would ask the family if they ever took vacations in Mexico and where specifically. Any information will help.
