If you have an iPhone
Buy 2 yubikeys and add them to your Apple ID account as 2fa/mfa/passkeys.
Use one of the yubikeys as part of your unlock passcode with a few characters before it with a space or 2 so no one can just stick the key in and unlock your phone.
Put your iPhone on lockdown mode. You can see who is trying to get your attention and blocks em.
Turn advanced data protections on. This encrypts your data so the fbi can’t get into it.
Use cloudflare warp as a vpn
Use proton vpn
Use private internet access as vpn
Make your own 2 dns servers on digital ocean droplets so you can delete the logs yourself cause you trust no one.
Every time you completely reset and erase your iPhone a new digital id is made, just don’t restore your old backups and you will be like a new person.
